Ketch, a fitting name to a nautically inspired store, is a super-cute clothing boutique in Ballard. The wooden planked floors speak to old, creaky, boats lurching at sea. Garment racks were created from old piping. Especially eye-catching were the rich, patina tubing affixed to the wall to create homes for denim.

A grand skylight illuminated the space as beams of sunlight shot off the hanging vintage hand mirrors overhead.
Leading back towards the dressing rooms, a shot of light bled through the window to the dark navy hallway. Ketch is calm, cool and collected… the store was perfectly balanced: tranquil, dark and masculine, yet light, open and fresh.
